Why Not Do It on Your Own?

Many people ask, “Why can’t I just do it on my own?” The answer is—you absolutely can, and we want you to become independent as soon as possible. In fact, my job is to work myself out of a job. That’s why I say you don’t need a guru. A guru keeps all the secrets to themselves, never sharing or enabling you to function on your own. They want you to be forever tied to them, needing them endlessly. We’re different. We want you to remain a part of our community at whatever level fits you sustainably. 

Some of you will need more help initially, while others will quickly move to a more independent status. Again, this is about you and your journey. Like a good parent, we will model the behaviors, enforce those good behaviors, and teach you how to coach yourself. Eventually, you’ll have a confident and supportive coaching voice in your head—your own. You can do it alone, but you are not alone, and we will be here to help you whenever you need it.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
