My name is Eileen Brzoska. I have lived in Austin, TX, with my husband and three boys for over 20 years, and I am originally from Wilkes-Barre, PA. Outside of my professional career, I enjoy reading, writing, anything creative, and being close to nature. After a rare cancer diagnosis of adenoid cystic carcinoma in 2011, I became an advocate for my wellness. Intending to make myself as healthy as possible as I walked with cancer, I began my strength training and nutrition journey at the age of 43. By 46, I had lost 20% body fat and 30 pounds of body weight, and despite never being an athlete before, I had competed in both the Olympia and the Arnold Sports events as an elite-level powerlifter. I firmly believe that if I can do this as an amateur and mom of 3 young boys, anyone who desires can also achieve their goals and chart a new path with the proper support and encouragement. My days are spent training all ages and all levels of athletes, not only with strength programs but also educating and guiding them on their nutrition to feel their best, move well, and perform how they wish. Nourishment has always been closely intertwined with being human, and the food we choose to fuel our bodies with is the game changer for our overall health. Nourishment begins with food but extends well beyond encompassing our whole being, and I would be honored to walk by your side and guide you on your journey.
